Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities.
2. Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
3. Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
4. Train and manage kitchen personnel.
5. Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
6. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
