To help us expand our digital presence, we are looking for a skilled Restaurant Digital Marketer to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Restaurant Digital Marketer will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital strategies to drive patient engagement, brand awareness, and overall growth. You will manage online campaigns, social media channels, SEO/SEM efforts, and ensure that our messaging reaches the right audience for each of our respective locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote Beef-a-Roo's products.
  • Content Creation & Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, email marketing, and the company website.
  • SEO & SEM Management: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjust strategies, and report on ROI.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), engage with followers, and increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with healthcare providers, administrators, and other departments to ensure messaging is aligned with Beef-a-Roo's mission and goals.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly analytics and reports to internal customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, social media, email marketing).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in Analytics, Ads, and Social Media management tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in OTT, Geofencing, Display Ads (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
