We seek a skilled Sr. Manager, Field Sales Powersports (East) to join our Adventure Sports platform. The ideal candidate will oversee all sales activities, develop strategic sales plans, build Revelyst powersports brands at retail and digital partners, and drive regional revenue growth. In this role, you will lead the development, implementation, and execution of North American strategies for all outside sales representatives and agencies in the West Region. You will also be responsible for planning, conducting day-to-day operations, and managing East region Outside Sales Representatives in the U.S.

The Sr. Manager of Field Sales will partner with the East and Canadian Field Sales management team to lead the strategies for all powersports categories, including the development, implementation, and execution for North America. You will work closely with senior management to ensure strategies are understood and executed in the North American field, deliver annual key performance indicators, and set the team up for success.

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Field Sales Powersports and will be based out of your work from home location.

As the Sr. Manager of Field Sales Powersports (East) you will have an opportunity to:

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives by providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue.
  3. Aggressively research, identify, qualify, and target potential new accounts, delivering on a new account goal annually.
  4. Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
  5. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  7. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
  8. Develop plans to deliver annual net sales and contribution plans for the region.
  9. Effectively manage all trade, visual merchandising, and selling expense budgets.
  10. Manage overall planning process, including strategic planning, target development, customer tactics, and retail execution goals.
  11. Manage overall sales forecast process throughout the year to measure achievement vs. AOP and implement corrective actions as needed.
  12. Work with the Finance Director to review and assess business opportunities as they emerge by leveraging financial data and understanding to inform trade spending and investment decisions.
  13. Development of Target Markets and delivering above-plan growth in these markets.

You have:

  1. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams.
  2. Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.).
  3. Experience working in the industry. Having solid relationships with the major partners.
  4. Experience in the actions sports, wholesale apparel, or retail industries preferred.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

Pay Range:

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
