Description Project Manager A client of ours is looking for a Project Manager for a contract to role. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end rollout of a new membership program, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll develop a strategic roadmap, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and deliver a program that aligns with our business objectives while exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities of Project Manager Develop a comprehensive project roadmap, timelines, and deliverables. Define clear goals and success metrics aligned with company objectives. Identify and allocate resources required for a successful implementation. Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication. Refine membership program features, pricing, and value propositions with stakeholders. Partner with marketing to develop promotional strategies and customer engagement materials. Ensure operational workflows and systems are ready to support program delivery. Lead the deployment of the membership program across relevant regions or branches. Oversee integration of technology solutions (e.g., CRM systems, payment platforms). Establish tracking processes for enrollments, renewals, and program performance. Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans. Monitor progress and resolve issues that arise during the rollout. Provide regular status updates to leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and next steps. Deliver post-launch analysis, including insights on program performance and improvement areas. Monitor customer feedback and recommend enhancements to the membership experience. Implement data-driven improvements to maximize program success. Establish ongoing maintenance and update processes for the program. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, marketing, finance, and IT) to align efforts and ensure success. Requirements Skills/Qualifications of Project Manager Proven project management expertise, with experience in membership or subscription program rollouts preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement. Problem-solving capabilities to address challenges with creativity and efficiency.
