Job Requirements Minimum Experience: Three years as RN including one solid year of stepdown/PCU experience, 1 travel assignment. Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class). Patient Population: Stepdown/PCU patient population, including drips (insulin, heparin, cardiac, etc.). Schedule Information Weekend Requirement: Every weekend Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday Unit Specific Information Skillset Required: Tele interpretation, initiate/titrate insulin, heparin, cardiac drips. Preferred Skills: PIV insertion, stable home vents, chest tube/indwelling drain management, CBI, stables drips (lasix, protonix), blood product administration, continuous BiPap, drain management, Neutropenic precautions. Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates.
