Description

  • Manage and coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Lead and mentor on-site personnel, including foremen, tradespeople, and laborers.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address issues and make timely decisions.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a General Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily projects.
  • Strong knowledge of modular construction methods and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software and construction management tools.
  • OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training required.
