MONO is looking for an ambitious Senior Art Director with a track record of doing whatever it takes to make great work happen.
Responsibilities
You're not just a Creative, you're a Senior Art Director responsible for creating and executing effective, innovative ideas for our clients. This includes ideation, concepts and layout design for all integrated campaigns. Finally, you can sell ideas (both internally and to clients) through a confident, engaging, carefully considered presentation. Important to your growth as a Senior Creative, this role will include opportunities to provide mentorship to Creatives on the team who have less experience.
Qualifications
To qualify, candidates will have 4+ years of agency experience and compelling examples of produced work (presented in a portfolio). You're right for the job if you're a self-starter, problem-solver, conceptual thinker, and imaginative storyteller capable of creating and producing innovative, shareable, meaningful, and award-winning work. You must also have a proven track record of championing social/digital ideas as well as bringing energy and passion to your teams and projects. You are accustomed to working collaboratively with Account, Strategy, Media, Ops and Production to successfully bring creative campaigns to life.
This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday for Work From MONO (WFM) days, in addition to moments that matter outside of those designated days, with the purpose of fostering agency connection and aiding collaboration. Travel is required.
