Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial leadership to drive business results and operating efficiencies through planning, forecasting and comparison of financial activity. The position manages, prepares, administers, and directs the control of the budget while leading in the development of financial tools to summarize and measure progress of current initiatives, evaluate business opportunities and support in strategic and tactical decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial oversight and leadership for the business, sharing insights through monthly/quarterly/annual reporting at leadership staff meetings
  • Lead long-term strategic planning, annual budgeting and forecast processes
  • Identify pertinent financial highlights and provide meaningful and timely data insights that will enable business leaders to take actions against the company's objectives and goals
  • Improve and/or create financial planning processes, policies, models, and reports for the assessment of business performance
  • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects such as sensitivity, scenario, what-if analysis and long-range planning, as well as analyzes of the financial impact of changes in business and new business opportunities/acquisitions
  • Understand, support and execute all work in the established procedures, methods and working requirements
  • Implements and maintains department policies and standards
  • Lead, develop and mentor a team of manager and finance analysts
  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an FP&A Management role
  • CPA or Master's Degree preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience
  • Knowledge of NetSuite and Adaptive Planning is preferred
  • 8 years of experience in a financial analysis role with leadership responsibilities

  • Strong hands-on experience in complex financial modeling, problem solving, analysis and planning
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to analyze the overall business impact
  • Previous experience managing and leading a team
  • Ability to project manage and drive progress forward
  • Strong written communication and verbal skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, set project priorities, goals and objectives for self
  • Ability to effectively & professionally communicate with co-workers, customers and vendors
