What You'll Do
- Research property owners to find the key contact for listings.
- Nurture the initial stages of our sales process.
- Add and update listings for agents, brokers, and landlords.
- Prospecting for new business opportunities by leveraging a variety of outreach methods including outbound cold calls, emails, social media engagement, and other innovative channels. Set up calls with the leasing teams to showcase the clients' capabilities.
- Verify and enrich user contact information to ensure accuracy and completeness of user profiles Utilize industry knowledge to research and develop accounts, identify decision-makers, generate interest, and identify compelling opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed targets and performance metrics in line with business requirements, including calls and emails per day, and new listing signups per day, week, and month.
- Complete accurate tracking and documentation of communications with prospects in Salesforce and maintain the integrity of the data.
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
- Intermediate to advanced user level of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Salesforce, Outreach
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the value proposition and product line.
- Ability to cross-sell the various products and service lines.
- Excellent customer-facing skills.
- Must be able to work effectively with employees at all levels in an objective and professional manner.
- Good attitude, strong work ethic, and coachability.
- Ability to write clear and concise, detail-oriented communications.
- Strong phone skills.
- Comfortable prospecting new clients.
- Ability to and interest in growing and developing as a Sales professional.
- Must have great people skills, be comfortable working in an open office environment, and the ability to work across functions daily.
- The grit and tenacity to succeed in a Sales role.
- Ability to meet and exceed established KPI's.
- Prior experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry and in Software Sales is preferred.
