Right now, we're looking for a crackerjack Commerce Media Strategy Supervisor who'll lead the team in bringing that transformation to life - someone known for incredible strategic thinking, brilliant client interaction and stellar management skills.

You'll become known within the company as someone who can tackle quality control for all commerce media planning, oversee the team on day-to-day projects, and artfully translate strategies into innovative media - all while building robust client relationships and developing your team's talent.

Responsibilities

Day to day your role includes:
  • Delivering high-quality Retail Media planning for clients, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how digital marketing can achieve (and exceed) objectives and goals
  • Help lead yearly annual planning for retail media for clients, with ability to apply client business objectives to Commerce media across several brands and categories
  • Collaborating with the media activation team to ensure synergies across planning & execution
  • Review and share feedback on media plans to ensure all client & business needs are accounted for
  • Own Managed Service relationships with retailers with support from activation team
  • Operate as an eComm lead representing Digitas in Integrated Agency Teams and collaborate closely with client's external agencies
  • Build strategic POVs around competitive insights, media performance and landscape trends
  • Manage and track day to day client requests, own timelines, and delegate to appropriate team members as necessary
  • Spearheading the development of search and display strategies and analyses for clients (e.g., keyword recommendation, day-parting, timing/scheduling strategy)
  • Develop an understanding of how commerce can drive our client's business and size opportunities
  • Track & manage budgets, retailer spend, etc., and partner with the Commerce analytics team deliver reporting to clients
  • Perform thorough, insightful campaign analysis, including reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Integrate with national media strategy teams to act as a Commerce specialist within the greater strategy team
  • Promote a culture of shared learning and increasing visibility of media expertise within the agency
  • Oversee budgeting process and performance evaluations to optimize resources and talent development


Qualifications

  • A four-year college education and 4+ years of media planning and/or buying experience, with a focus Retail Media
  • Strong organization skills and ability to enforce team upholding of timelines and milestones
  • Strong familiarity with the digital environment and a clear understanding of retail media planning and buying process (multi-channel knowledge across search and display)
  • Experience working with key retailers either in a self-service or managed service capability across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Instacart, Criteo, etc.
  • Project management experience and ability to multitask; meticulous organization
  • Understanding and experience with campaign automation tools (i.e., Skai (Kenshoo), Pacvue)
  • Exceptional communication skills - you're skilled at interpreting client objectives and clearly articulating proposed media strategies and recommendations
  • An analytical mindset with an ability to pull insights from multiple, large data sets
  • A strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to staff, developing, encouraging and inspiring them to grow
  • Willingness to travel as needed - you're open to new places, new faces and new ideas

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $111,435 - $125,925 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
