Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President to join the Precision Media leadership team. This individual will assist the Head of Precision Media in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and high-quality client engagements. Compensation Range: $167,000 - $273,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. What You'll Do:

Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Partnering with senior leadership to set and drive the vision and strategic roadmap for Precision Media, ensuring alignment with agency and client objectives.
- Client Partnership: Leading client-facing initiatives, offering strategic oversight, and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance retention and business growth.
- New Business and Pitching: Leading and handling the majority of new business pitches, preparing presentations, and leading follow-ups to contribute to revenue growth and enhance industry presence through active participation in events and thought leadership.
- Staffing and Scoping: Overseeing staffing plans and resource allocation to ensure teams are properly scoped to meet client needs and deliver high-quality work.
- Be a Problem Solver and Innovator: Streamlining processes to improve efficiencies in staffing, scoping, and meeting structures, demonstrating effective management of operations with minimal oversight.
- Operational Excellence: Assisting in the creation and refinement of internal processes and workflows to maintain consistent and high-quality execution across media activities.
- Team Development: Managing day-to-day people management issues, ensuring staff are supported and motivated, and mentoring team members to foster an adaptable, innovative, and supportive work environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strengthening relationships across departments to build a holistic view of the agency's needs and align on joint objectives.
- Innovation and Thought Leadership: Driving thought leadership initiatives, advocating for new campaign strategies, and identifying growth opportunities within the programmatic landscape.
- Risk Management: Anticipating potential challenges and proactively developing solutions to protect and strengthen client relationships.
- Performance Monitoring: Participating in financial and performance reviews, ensuring that client and agency KPIs are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as your proxy in key meetings, making decisions in line with your vision, and representing the media team in leadership discussions.
- Act as a Thought Partner: Sharing strategic insights and suggesting new initiatives to guide the agency's direction and innovation efforts.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in digital media, with a strong focus on programmatic and addressable media.
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
- Extensive experience in cross-industry media buying and strategic client management.
- Proven success in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
