Job description: The SAFe Agile Coach will be responsible for guiding and supporting the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within the client organization. This role involves coaching teams, leaders, and stakeholders to adopt and sustain agile practices, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles and practices.

Key responsibilities:
  • Agile Transformation: Lead the agile transformation journey by implementing SAFe practices and principles across the organization.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to enhance their agile capabilities.
  • Training: Conduct SAFe training sessions and workshops to educate teams and leaders on SAFe practices and principles.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing areas for process enhancement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align agile initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on agile metrics to measure the effectiveness of SAFe implementation and identify areas for improvement.


Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • SPC Certification: Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile coaching, with a focus on SAFe implementation.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAFe principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive change and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and leaders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
