YOUR IMPACT

Redwood Software is seeking a passionate and results-driven Customer Expansion Marketing Manager to accelerate growth within our managed file transfer (MFT) business. In this role, you will design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive cross-sell opportunities into our workload automation (WLA) customer base and upsell Cerberus customers to JSCAPE. You will work across teams to deliver compelling messaging, support sales teams, and leverage multi-channel marketing strategies to expand customer adoption. This is a highly collaborative and data-driven role that will directly contribute to pipeline development and revenue growth.   • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support cross-sell initiatives for managed file transfer (MFT) solutions into existing workload automation (WLA) customers and upsell campaigns for Cerberus customers transitioning to JSCAPE.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, webinars, digital advertising, landing pages, and customer-focused content.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and deliver impactful campaign messaging, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Partner with product marketing and customer success teams to identify target segments and tailor campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Manage campaign execution timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure effective delivery and ROI.
  • Generate, analyze, and present funnel reporting metrics to measure the impact of campaigns on pipeline development and revenue growth.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, customer insights, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment in branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.


YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on customer expansion, cross-sell/upsell strategies, or account-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and driving measurable results.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience in creating and analyzing marketing funnel reports to assess campaign impact and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for various audiences.
  • Familiarity with the managed file transfer or workload automation industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
