Job Description
Day to Day:
The PHP Developer will join the HCM department that supports application tracking for employees (benefits, time & attendence, onboarding, payroll)
Collaborate effectively within a Scrum agile team, adhering to SAFe Agile methodologies.
Participate actively in daily standup meetings to discuss progress and address any impediments.
Engage in backlog refinement sessions to ensure clarity and readiness of work items for upcoming sprints.
Work closely with the Scrum Master and Product Manager to align development efforts with product vision and sprint goals.
Take ownership of user stories; analyze, estimate, and execute them with precision.
Contribute to Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, providing accurate estimations in story points to reflect the complexity and duration of tasks.

Skills and Requirements
5-7 years of proven experience within Agile development and familiarity with Scrum practices.
5-7 years of experience with the following technologies
PHP tech stack
React JS
MongoDB
MySQL
Experience with PHP and the Zend framework for backend development.
Familiarity with both MongoDB and MySQL databases.
Front-end experiece in Reactive JS and Node.js.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - AWS null
