Our US Consumer organization collaborates with our channel partners to seek new opportunities, develop account plans, and implement programs to grow the business, resulting in industry leading customer experiences and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem. As a US Accessories and Services eCommerce Account Manager, you will drive the partnership with Amazon on accessories and services categories to expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem and to deliver a great customer experience. This role will also develop and implement new initiatives in partnership with our account and cross-functional teams.
Description
Responsible for achieving sales growth in alignment with annual sales plans and goals/objectives. Drive demand-generation activities through effective marketing plans. - Analyze consumer trends, business opportunities and partner capabilities; identify and articulate growth drivers, build a strategic account plan, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement each initiative from the ground up. - Develop narratives supported by data to justify proposed strategies or deals to senior management both internally and externally - Partner with finance, planning and logistics to provide ongoing partner forecast and to manage inventory levels. - Collaborate with partners as well as Apple cross-functional teams to maximize traffic drivers, conversion and return on marketing investments.
Minimum Qualifications
Generally requires 10+ years of sales experience with a preferred focus on selling direct to major eCommerce partners and/or managing marketplace channels and large catalogue of products. Category management and sales experience in Audio or the Mobile and Computer Accessory space a plus.
Proven experience balancing delivering on short-term sales goals, while creating sustainable growth strategies for customers and partners, and demand for the future.
Proficient in business planning, strategy, business development, and strategic project management experience.
Deep understanding of the U.S. retail channel, eCommerce partners and the needs of our end customers.
In-depth understanding of e-commerce Search and CX optimization strategies.
Proven success delivering volume, budget, forecasting, merchandising, digital marketing and operation with an eCommerce strategic account.
Proven track record of closing out negotiations and delivering consistent positive results to optimize and grow digital account
Exceptional strategic, modeling and analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights and measurable actions.
High proficiency with marketplace vendor platforms, XLS and financial analytics.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,400 and $209,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
