Opportunity
This position will play a key role in crafting experiences that are unique and meaningful to the Kohler Hospitality brands. It will also shape the in-house guest experience in a way that is relevant to today’s culturally connected guest. This role is creative and should influence our businesses and the culture around them. This position will focus on Kohler, WI .
Specific Responsibilities:
Follow a guest-centered design approach to develop and manage a playbook of Signature
Experiences that will become “must-visit” and “must-try” offerings within the Resort.
Stay on top of cultural, luxury, and design trends to create and communicate the on-site brand vision, and act as a brand experience champion to engage and inspire internal teams to execute to the vision.
Perform marketing administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Skills/Requirements
Minimum of a High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree is preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge, or wiliness to learn,
Adobe Illustrator.
Experience presenting and communicating with all levels of associates.
Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
Flexibility in schedule to include days, evenings, some weekends and holidays.
10% travel could be required.

The hourly range for this position is $18..35 - $22.95. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
