Job Description :
As a Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to: Assist in comprehensive data collection processes and conduct in-depth data analysis to identify obstacles, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement Design and implement effective methodologies to optimize internal and external operations Provide assistance for general management consulting services, offering strategic advice and solutions to optimize organizational performance and drive business growth Analyze the impacts of industry trends to effectively develop and implement strategic solutions and initiatives. Communicate with shareholders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, political science, management information systems, or related discipline 4+ years of relevant, professional experience Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment. Curious and open-minded approach to work Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle Engage with technology-with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Human-Centered Design, design thinking, and/or service design background Experience in change management methodologies. Experience consulting or working for the Federal government Job Location and Travel Expectations:
This position is remote. Some travel ( Some meetings will be conducted on-site with customers in Washington, D.C. Additional Information:
