Electronics Test Technician

VadaTech is a world leader in the design and manufacture of embedded computing solutions. Due to growth, we are seeking candidates for Electronics Test Technician. This role is responsible for performing product testing of board and system level products, reporting product failures as required using strong technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional tests on electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, and finished products using appropriate test equipment and procedures. Execute acceptance test procedures (ATP) and record results in detail to test reports Report detailed symptom descriptions for failures uncovered during functional test to assist in component-level troubleshooting. Discuss problems (technical and process) encountered while testing/troubleshooting with supervisor and engineering staff and recommend solutions to improve work efficiency. Escalate product and process issues to Quality and help with problem resolution. Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to provide feedback on test procedures, product performance, and quality issues. Adhering to Manufacturing Process instructions or other established procedures during the manufacturing process to produce a quality product. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with electronic equipment and hazardous materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper handling and storage of test equipment and components. Requirements
Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum two (2) years of experience as Electronics Test Technician in manufacturing test environment Troubleshooting, identification of electronic and mechanical failure modes Using test instruments like Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, etc. Basic Networking knowledge required Reading and understanding schematics, datasheets and written work instructions Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace Fluent domain of the English language: Ability to read, write and speak English well Ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions Required Competencies:

Sitting and standing for long hours Ability to move around the facility, climbing stairs as necessary, bends down and reaches up Frequently communicates with others. Must be able to exchange accurate information verbally and in writing Constantly operates a computer and other standard office equipment such as phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines Ability to handle and lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Alone, ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. in a two-person lift Mental Demands:
