Job Description
A prominent manufacturing company is looking for an Ivanti SME to enhance and support their Ivanti ITSM tool across the enterprise. This is a remote, 6-month contract position working PST hours, with the potential for extension. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and maintaining the Ivanti ITSM tool
- Collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders to develop Ivanti solutions
- Enhancing and automating workflows through strategic integrations
- Overseeing deployments in Ivanti ITSM 2023.3 DEV/TEST/PROD environments
- Documenting and tracking changes to ITSM tool functionality for version upgrades
- Configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Ivanti ITSM platform for operational functions
- Implementing and managing ITIL-based processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
- Integrating Ivanti with other IT systems to improve service delivery
- Managing Ivanti security, user access, roles, and permissions
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of Ivanti operations and strategies
- Providing technical support to end users and resolving Ivanti-related issues
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending optimizations

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience in a System Administration or Engineering role
4+ years of experience with Ivanti ITSM, including:
Configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Ivanti ITSM platform
Proven experience in integrating and automating workflows and tasks
Ability to work PST hours null
