Join a compassionate, highly collegial team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center as a full-time Hospitalist/Nocturnist. In this role, you will collaborate with a stable group and work to serve a medically diverse patient population. Enjoy access to system-wide support and conduct meaningful work in Richland, Washington.
7-on/7-off nights only schedule
161 twelve hour shifts per year
Tele-health support for cross coverage
Experience preferred but IM new graduates are welcome to apply
Kadlec is a non-profit that qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Access to professional student loan consultant
H1b and J1 waiver eligible
Compensation is between $348,000 and $383,000 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

Kadlec Regional Medical Center is a 337-bed, nationally recognized medical center with a growing heart and vascular program, a Level II Trauma Center, a world-class digital imaging center, and more award-winning initiatives. Representing the highest level of patient-centered care, Kadlec’s quality and safety initiatives have earned a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and an “A” grade from the Leapfrog Group for quality and safety.
