Time impact you will have in this role:Being a member of the Information Technology Team, the Executive Director of Enterprise Product and Platform Strategy (Infrastructure Strategy Office) is responsible for owning the development and execution of the platform strategy that drives the growth and innovation of our enterprise platforms. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's vision and objectives. Key partners are Application Development teams, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Consumers of platform services. Your Primary Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive platform strategy that supports the company's long-term goals. Lead the analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for platform improvement. Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture to define and prioritize platform features and capabilities. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure platform performance and impact on business outcomes. Foster partnerships with collaborators to expand platform reach and capabilities. Advocate for the platform strategy across the organization and ensure partner buy-in. Ensure the platform strategies are coordinated and align to business delivery timelines and application development delivery plans. Coordinate information sharing with vendor partners and peer groups. Coordinate and prepare materials for Board Meetings, Senior Management Meetings and Enterprise Platform Department internal and external customer sessions. Build and Lead an EPPE Project/Business Management Office function that includes:
Financial Management Reporting Communication Plan for the Department Program/Project Management reporting Foster a risk management culture through implementation and demonstration of processes and procedures which identify and mitigate risk.Craft the opinions of key decision-makers and senior leaders by presenting persuasive arguments and alternative approaches.Build an organizational culture that embraces change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle; Empowers and supports individual efforts to align with change initiatives.Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years’ experience in platform strategy, product management, or related roles in financial services or other highly regulated industries. Consistent record of developing and executing successful platform strategies across large, complex enterprises. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Talents Needed for Success:Critical thinking and transformational leadership. Agile and adaptable to changing market conditions. Customer-centric approach to platform development. The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
