You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Process and Data Management products portfolio. You will lead the strategy, development, and execution of process and data management solutions that meet market needs and drive business value and growth.The ideal candidate will offer expertise in EDA software and process and data product management. The ideal candidate will bring a mature and refined product management toolkit including intimate familiarity with EDA software development methodologies, roadmap development & strategic planning, prioritization, metrics definition & data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement – the ideal candidate will be able to teach these skills to others. ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate the product vision and strategy for process and data management initiativesLead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative data management products and solutionsTake ownership of Process and Data Management products and solutions and lead them to success based on key metrics like usage and revenue growthCollaborate with sales and solutions architects to meet with interested customers to help communicate the overall value and validate product market fitFocus on customer scenarios, seeking to understand customer pain points and building functionalities that offer a compelling value-proposition across the broader customer baseConduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for Process and Data Management applicationsDevelop product pricing and positioning strategiesWork with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable roadmap, and manage the backlog by prioritizing critical features based on the business caseStay informed about advancements and changes in Process and Data Management and EDA technologies, market trends, and competitive intelligence, and leverage that information to steer roadmap and strategyWork with marketing team to produce content for marketing collateral and updatesCreate and update product parts, perform pricing evaluation, and coordinate price changes in alignment with the stakeholdersPresent product updates to internal and external stakeholdersAttend industry events to connect with customers, partners, and leaders in industry verticalsMonitor key performance metrics to ensure product successQualificationsBachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalentMinimum of 7 years experience in product management with a focus on EDA software and/or process and data management solutionsDemonstrated technical leadership in guiding EDA software engineers and developers, and product managers either technically or manageriallyDemonstrated success in leading EDA software initiatives from concept to launchWorking experience in the development, launching, and supporting EDA software and/or process and data management solutionsHands-on product management experience in an EDA software environmentDemonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control Ability to navigate complex ecosystems and drive impactful partnershipsExcellent problem-solving, strategic thinking and leadership skillsProven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authorityThe level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.CA pay range: MIN $189,090 – MAX $315,140US Employees may be eligible for the following benefits:Medical, dental and visionHealth Savings AccountHealth Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsLife, Accident, Disability insuranceBusiness Travel Accident and Business Travel Health401(k) PlanFlexible Time Off, Paid HolidaysPaid Family LeaveDiscounts, PerksTuition ReimbursementAdoption AssistanceESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan)Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*** Keysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
