The candidate will be responsible for assisting with packaging laminated products and taping up boxes. Palletize boxes and operate a shrink-wrapping machine, then move materials to the side. The candidate will also be trained to operate a Slitter machine that converts a large roll into smaller rolls.

- Get trained to operate the Slitter machine.
- 6+ months of Warehouse/Machine Operator experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to read/write/speak English.
- Good with measurements to inspect parts and confirm sizing.
- Friendliness and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience working with a team.
Enjoy a family-feel environment with a small team of about 9 in the office and 20 in the warehouse. Benefit from very flexible hours, starting anywhere from 4am to 8am and working until 12pm or 4:30pm.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment offers a family-feel atmosphere with a small team. The dress code is casual, allowing T-shirts, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. While training, the hours are from 7am to 3pm. Employees work 8-hour shifts with the option of taking either 15-minute unpaid breaks or a 30-minute lunch.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
