Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday will begin at 2:00am - End of Sort and shifts Saturday through Sunday begin at 3:30am - End of Sort. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management. Hours may vary based off business needs. Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season Gloves and work boots are recommended Referral Program Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide) Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure.
