We are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Assembler.


Main Duties and Responsibilities


Warehouse assembly duties involve a range of tasks aimed at assembling products, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Here are the key duties associated with warehouse assembly:


Product Assembly:

  • Assemble products or components according to specifications and instructions.
  • Use tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
  • Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards.

Order Picking and Packing:

  • Pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipment.
  • Label and prepare packages for shipping.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
    • Update inventory records and track stock levels.
    • Organize and store products in designated locations.

    Quality Control:

    • Inspect assembled products for defects or issues.
    • Perform tests on products to ensure functionality.
    • Report any quality control issues to supervisors.
    • Equipment Maintenance:
      • Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools.
      • Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions
      • Documentation and Reporting:
      • Complete assembly and inventory records.
      • Maintain accurate documentation of orders and shipments.
      • Report production and inventory discrepancies.

        Safety and Cleanliness:

        • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
        • Keep work areas clean and organized.
        • Dispose of waste materials properly.

          Compliance:

          • Ensure all receiving and inventory practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

          Safety:

          • Follow safety protocols when handling materials and operating equipment.

          Technology Utilization:

          • Use inventory management software, barcode scanners, and other tools to streamline processes and maintain accuracy.

          Team Collaboration:

          • Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient supply chain management.


          Other duties as assigned.


          Skills and Qualifications

          • High school diploma or GED.
          • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
          • Clear and effective communication with team members and management,
          • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
          • Capability to lift and move heavy objects, often up to 50 pounds.
          • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
          • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
