Compensation is paid bi-weekly and will be based on experience level.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide clients with excellent customer service, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all calls are properly routed to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule appointments for clients and maintain appointment schedules for staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and faxing.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
- Operates safely in all conditions.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role with a focus on phone communication and client dispatch preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with phone systems and other office equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
