💼 The Role: Executive Recruiter – Office Support
We’re seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our client’s Accounting/Finance Division, focusing on office support roles. You’ll recruit for positions such as:
- Executive/Personal Assistants
- Office Managers
- HR Professionals
- Receptionists
- Talent Acquisition Specialists
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for interviews.
- Use innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to find top-tier candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, reference checks, and negotiate job offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Prospect and manage client relationships to expand your portfolio.
