Piper Companies is currently hiring an internal Technical IT Recruiter for our office Cary, North Carolina (NC). We are an award-winning staffing firm focused on developing and leading our recruiters to quickly make an impact in the Information Technology industry. Responsibilities of the Technical IT Recruiter Identify, attract, and recruit top-tier candidates across various IT related job opportunities for our clients Manage data and information in our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by populating new candidates, updating profiles, and tracking daily activity Assist Account Managers to qualify job requisitions and understand skillsets sought out by their clients Perform full life cycle recruiting tasks such as creating job postings, sourcing resumes on job boards, screening candidates, obtaining referrals, submitting candidate profiles to clients, preparing candidates for interviews, salary negotiations, checking professional references, and overseeing all necessary onboarding paperwork and tasks for candidates Qualifications of the Technical IT Recruiter 1 year of experience recruiting for a staffing agency is required Proven experience in achieving goals, metrics, and milestones Outstanding communication skills, coachability, resilience, competitiveness, self-driven motivation, and critical thinking is all necessary Bachelor's degree and/or comparable mix of education and experience is preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday Hybrid : 4 days in office, 1 day remote Compensation for the Technical IT Recruiter $50,000 - $50,000/year base salary Uncapped commission Potential quarterly and annual contest bonuses Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) eligibility for contest winning employees Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance ; medical, dental, vision, and life 401k with company match (100% of first 1%; 50% of next 5%) Open PTO policy and work flexibility Company laptop and equipment LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Salesforce ATS, and other company-provided premium sourcing tools Up to 3 months parental leave Sick leave as required by law Keywords : recruiter, recruiting, recruitment, staffing, staffer, professional services, customer services, managed services, IT, information technology, ATS, applicant tracking system, salesforce, linkedin, monster, dice, sourcing, resume, source, cold calling, warm calling, sales, interview, interviewing, talent acquisition, TA, raleigh, durham, chapel hill, RTP, commission, merit, contest, technical recruiter, technical recruitment, CRM, customer relationship management, job board, screen, screening, referral, onboarding, candidate, job search, hiring, candidate database, requisitions, reqs, staffing solutions, targeted talent acquisition, delivery, delivery operations, network, networking, pipeline, pipelining, boolean, boolean search, AI, artificial intelligence, AI tools This job opens for applications on 12/19/2024.
