THE ROLE: Business Development Prospecting for local clients who seek to fill Financial, Accounting and Technical positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions Candidate Recruiting Actively working alongside candidates from the initial point of contact all the way to the job offer phase. This includes: Sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system - Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients Learning Program Participating in our ongoing training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED: Excellent persuasion and negotiation capabilities Must be an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who has excellent communication skills A motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for business The drive to succeed in a performance-driven culture Exude a competitive spirit as evidenced by demonstrated success in school, athletics, music or another field.
