Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Santa Barbara - Goleta, CA
Pay Range: $25 - $32/hour
Job Type: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive workplace environment.
HRIS Management: Maintain and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate data and reporting.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating smooth onboarding.
Benefits Administration: Support employees with benefits enrollment and address inquiries.
Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR roles, including HRIS management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS platforms is a must.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks effectively.
