Our client, a small Real Estate Acquisition company located in the Chicago/Rosemont area has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant/Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and resourceful. Provides comprehensive administrative support to the two partners of the firm. The ideal candidate will be a polished professional with exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a strong attention to detail. Salary range $80k-$95k plus bonus. Client offers benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, and unlimited PTO.
This is in office Monday- Thursday, and Fridays are work from home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the partners. Draft and review correspondence, emails, and documents.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects, including research, data collection, and creating presentations or reports.
- Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and off-site activities.
- Document Management: Maintain organized filing systems, including digital and hard-copy records, contracts, and confidential documents.
- Office Operations: Support general office management tasks, including ordering supplies and liaising with vendors.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within the real estate or private equity sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Real Estate or Financial Services highly desired
