Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support to partners by managing day-to-day practice operations, ensuring efficiency and success
  • Proactively manage attorney schedules, resolving conflicts and coordinating complex travel arrangements
  • Delegate and oversee administrative tasks while collaborating with legal support team members to ensure project completion
  • Draft and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Handle client and external business communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate and lead meetings, preparing agendas, logistics, and accurate materials for distribution
  • Maintain compliance with information governance policies through meticulous file management
  • Oversee billing processes, including prebilling tasks, liaising with billing and collections teams, and monitoring client budgets
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships to ensure cohesive team operations and high-quality deliverables
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional executive administrative experience, ideally supporting partners or executives in a legal or corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with lawyers, clients, and business professionals
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive, dependable attitude
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
Education: 
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
