Overview of the Accounting Analyst role:

• The Financial Analyst will provide budgeting, reporting, and analytical needs associated with HOA funds
• Support the monthly cash flow forecasting
• Account reconciliations, journal entries, and reclasses
• Partner with field operations to assist with budgeting
• Must feel comfortable in Excel

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience
• Resort/timeshare experience (+)
