Qualifications:
Education
- Associates's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
- Clerical experience required. At least three (3) years of secretarial experience is preferred.
- School experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining and organizing records and reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of multi-line phone systems and modern office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact with diverse groups of stakeholders with tact and courtesy.
- Demonstrated record of good attendance and punctuality.
- Must complete the required Edustaff online training modules.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high stress situations in a calm and appropriate manner, while making good decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to speak clearly and concisely both in oral and written communication.
- Must meet criminal history background check requirements.
