Data Entry Pharmacy Technician

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Facility: Long Term Care Mail Order

Join a dynamic team at a Long Term Care Mail Order Pharmacy. RPH on the go is seeking individuals who are personable, high-energy, and customer service-oriented to support operations. Training in data entry will be provided for the right candidates.

Job Duties:

Accurately enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system to eliminate dispensing errors.
Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely processing and dispensing.
Assist with:
- Filing completed orders.
- Packaging medications.
- Profiling orders for medical records.
- Filling processed prescriptions.
Engage in phone conversations with customers and patients to provide assistance and address inquiries.
Complete daily and weekly tasks assigned by the staff pharmacist.

Schedule:

Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Requirements:

Active Pharmacy Technician License in Indiana.
Experience:
- Previous data entry experience required.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Long Term Care experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience with QS/1 or DocuTrack is a plus but not required.
