Fine Dining Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience with fine dining new restaurant openings and a strong operational understanding of FOH and BOH
• 4-5 years as a General Manager in high-volume fine dining with $15+ million in annual sales
• Exceptional leadership, hospitality-driven mindset, and commitment to operational excellence
• Mediterranean Cuisine knowledge
• Lead by example during service hours, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable, high-quality dining experience
• Partner with the owner and marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies, events, and local partnerships to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers
• Oversee and manage the restaurant's budget, including accurate forecasting, effective cost control, and driving profitability
