Amy Cole Connect is hiring: Assistant Production Manager in New York

In this role, you'll work with the production team supporting the men's and women's divisions from woven to activewear. Must be a self-starter and capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail deadlines and benchmarks.

Responsibilities:

• Create worksheet for PO creation, information provided by sales and design
• Attention to detail, ensure all info on the PO are correct
• Place orders and track production deliveries
• Support in daily communication with manufactures and customers overseas.
• Work with sales, design and tech team on calendar deadlines, sourcing, product adoption and samples development. Responsible for entering and sending factory purchase orders to factories for replenishment orders, and assisting in new style orders, with correct detail. Review for correct quantities pipe and fill, correct delivery
• Follow up with oversea factories to ensure fabric/ trims/ samples are submitted in a timely manner Monitor samples and approval process
• Follow up to ensure all orders are being properly shipped and arrived on time

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with a great deal of data - high volume SKUS
• Understand garment fabrications - knit and woven
• Experience in wholesale Off Price; Ross, Burlington, Kohls, TJX preferred Experience with Costing & Sourcing
• Ability to multi-task with cross functional teams and meet deadlines Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must

Compensation/Benefits:

• Annual Salary $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience Full Benefits
• In office 4-days - NYC Midtown
