Job Title: Manufacturing Facilities Electrician

Location: Belle Mead, NJ (Hillsborough)

Pay Rate: $34.00-$45.00 per hour
Full Time - Permanent position with excellent Benefits- 4 weeks of vacation/5 sick days/13 holidays;?Tool Allowance, Clothes allowance (once/twice a year)? Steel toed shoes reimbursement

What's the Job?

• The Facilities Electrician is responsible for providing multi-craft (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic) support to the facilities and facilities support equipment including operating, servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairs
• Provides facilities mechanical, electrical and controls support (e.g., troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, repairs for air handling, dryers, boilers, HVAC, pumps, lighting, plumping).
• Maintain facilities operation equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following procedures, diagrams, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
• Perform regular facility inspections of equipment and make immediate or scheduled repairs

What's Needed?

• Must have electrical certification and knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Technical knowledge of facilities and facilities support equipment (e.g., boilers, air compressors, dryers, HVAC, pneumatic/hydraulic pumps, lighting, roofs, plumbing)
• Some experience working on packaging equipment and PLCs
