B Shift (front half nights) - 6pm - 6:15am Sunday -Tuesday, and every other Saturday (+15% shift differential)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Comply with company safety policy
  • Operate manufacturing process equipment in TLP area, such as diamond flycut, griding machine, CNC machine, lapping tools, Polishing tools and substrate cleaning process
  • Perform in-line quality assurance using metrology equipment after TLP process, such as Sigmatech, FRT and Hologenix
  • Inspect production materials using microscope and document defects based on engineering specified PASS/FAIL criteria in Promis system with NCR report generated
  • Transact production records using Promis system
  • Communicate and escalate any issues with supervisor or process engineering team


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 5 years hands on work experience directly in 300mm wafer processing of TLP processes, including substrate cleaning, lapping, polishing, grinding, fly cutting, CNC machining, microscope inspection and metrology.
  • Hands on experience with chemicals handling and able to carry weight more than 35 lbs.
  • Hands on experience in inspection for MEMS device using wafer inspection microscope
  • Familiar with metrology tools, such as Tencor, FRT, Sigamatech and Z-scope
  • Minimum 2 years technical degree
  • Willing to work at night shift schedule, 6pm - 6am, of CWW shift structure
  • Good with verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in using computer and familiar with MS Word and Excel
  • Detail oriented and good at following instructions
  • Good team player
  • Properly complete all paperwork, maintain proper separation of product per job and or lot number at all times, consult with quality assurance on product appearance and performance, maintain cleanliness and organization of Plating area, maintain a professional and respectful work environment.
  • Experience in Thin Film processes is plus, including sputtering and wet etching.
  • Ability work Compressed Work Week schedule at either B (6PM - 6AM)


The pay range for this role in Baldwin Park, CA is between $23.25 and $30.50. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
