Description of the role:
The housekeeping inspector is responsible for inspecting and ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas in voco the Cadence. They will supervise and train housekeeping staff, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate departments. This is a full-time, hourly position and the ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and ensure cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with established cleaning and safety standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order replenishment supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to hotel leadership
- Coordinate with the Front Desk to prioritize cleaning of occupied and vacant rooms
- Assist with deep cleaning and special projects when needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping leadership or similar roles
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
