Culture That Cares: We’re a “work hard, play hard” team, grounded, supportive, and fun.Job DetailsWhat You’ll DoManage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects, primarily for private equity clients and middle market companies.Perform rigorous analysis of financial and operational data of target companies, and lead quality of earnings, net working capital, and other ad hoc -analyses.Lead meetings with target company personnel and assist with client communications.Generate comprehensive financial due diligence reports presenting key findings and important deal considerations to clients.Participate in practice development initiatives.Mentor, train, and evaluate junior team members.What You BringA bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceA minimum of 3 – 6 years of related work experience at an accounting or consulting firm (ideally experience within a transaction advisory services -practice at a Big 4 accounting firm or national consulting firm)Active CPA license or equivalent certification preferredExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to distill complex data into meaning insightsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional project management skillsNaturally driven and intellectually curiousThrives in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and fast-paced work environmentJoin us at the perfect time—where your contributions will be seen, valued, and rewarded.
