We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with a background in ground-up Light Industrial/Food Production/Cold Storage/Steel Structure projects to join a growing General Contractor.

Requirements
5 years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience, experience with, but not limited to ground-up Light Industrial/Food Production/Cold Storage/Steel Structure Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and oversee projects Sound knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints and contract documents Familiarity with construction-related software is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with clients, the public, subcontractors, and suppliers. Travel to project sites as required, staying on-site, managing daily operations and more
