What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Oversee the development and execution of business plans and sales strategies for market expansion
  2. Provide accurate pricing on prospect applications while maintaining profit margins
  3. Develop and implement targeted marketing plans as necessary
  4. Maintain detailed records of pricing, sales, and activities conducted by Account Representatives
  5. Mentor and develop staff through training, open communication, and performance management

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales management role, including hiring and developing teams
  3. Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
  4. Experience with enterprise software solutions in large, complex organizations
  5. Strong understanding of Supplier Relationship Management and customer market dynamics
