What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the development and execution of business plans and sales strategies for market expansion
- Provide accurate pricing on prospect applications while maintaining profit margins
- Develop and implement targeted marketing plans as necessary
- Maintain detailed records of pricing, sales, and activities conducted by Account Representatives
- Mentor and develop staff through training, open communication, and performance management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales management role, including hiring and developing teams
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
- Experience with enterprise software solutions in large, complex organizations
- Strong understanding of Supplier Relationship Management and customer market dynamics
