The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and budgets for luxury retail and residential projects. This role requires a deep understanding of high-end construction, from showrooms to private homes.

Description

• Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, and equipment for high-end retail and residential projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure estimates align with project specifications.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather project information and assess feasibility.
• Review subcontractor quotes and negotiate to ensure the best value.
• Maintain accurate records of cost data and project budgets using estimating software.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in estimating high-end retail and residential projects. They should possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
