Head of Sales
Canditech is a rapidly growing startup in the booming HR-tech industry, with the vision of a world without resumes. In a very short time, we have developed a world-leading SaaS platform, are working with market leaders worldwide, and closed a meaningful fundraising round led by Insight Partners.
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional for the exciting opportunity of overseeing all aspects of the company’s sales activity, as well as carrying a quota and managing the complete sales cycle: from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
What You'll Do
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performance AE, BDR, and SDR teams.
- Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Define and execute a sales and lead generation strategy.
- Achieve annual sales team quota and quarterly targets.
What We'd Like You To Have
- 5+ years of sales management experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to work in a startup environment.
