Description

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for ensuring that construction projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all field operations and managing daily on-site activities.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
  • Monitoring site safety and enforcing compliance with safety regulations.
  • Managing quality control to maintain project excellence.
  • Resolving on-site challenges and adapting to changing conditions.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising construction projects, particularly those valued at $25M or more. Additional qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in ground-up construction, new builds, and renovations.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and adapting to changing project demands.
