We are looking for an experienced and sales-minded Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a deep understanding of the scaffolding industry or a relevant sector. The ideal candidate will provide visionary leadership, develop strategic growth plans, and drive revenue by fostering client relationships and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and goals.
- Oversee all operations, business development, and financial performance to ensure sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute a sales-focused strategy to expand market share and client base.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and explore new markets and revenue streams while optimizing existing business operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of senior leaders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure the company adheres to industry regulations, safety standards, and operational excellence.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and in the community.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in products, services, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven executive leadership experience in the scaffolding industry or a related field (e.g., construction, industrial services).
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships.
- Extensive understanding of scaffolding products, services, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and profit/loss statements.
- Ability to lead by example, inspire teams, and build a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
