As the Food and Beverage Director, you will manage all aspects of our F&B operations, providing leadership and inspiration to a large team, including our Restaurant Manager, Banquet Captain, and hourly team members. You'll ensure outstanding service, maintain profitability, and consistently uphold high standards of excellence.


Food & Beverage Director Compensation & Perks:

Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of 24 direct reports, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee à la carte dining services in our restaurant, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction.
  • Manage banquet and special event operations, typically hosting 2–3 events per week.
  • Drive sales and elevate guest experiences for a range of events, including 75% corporate and 25% weddings/personal celebrations.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize banquet and event opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
Food & Beverage Director Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in Food and Beverage management, ideally within a hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations.
  • Exceptional organizational, financial, and communication skills.
  • A track record of building and mentoring successful teams.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
