Summary/Objective
Advancing Eco Agriculture is a rapidly growing company in the specialty plant nutrition and regenerative agriculture industry. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to add to our team to help serve our production and warehouse operation efforts at our Union Gap, WA location. As the Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for working the efficiently and effectively with the current warehouse team, ensuring that all products are received, stored, and transported to our customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of agricultural products and materials.
- Stock, store, and label inventory in the warehouse in an efficient and organized manner.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring product quality and quantity are correct.
- Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks and ensure proper handling of products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and help with inventory audits.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Perform routine cleaning of warehouse equipment and work areas.
- Assist with the preparation of shipping and receiving documentation.
- Work closely with the logistics and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Previous experience in warehouse or a related role
- Able to work in Warehouse and perform all manual labor tasks therein
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers and teams
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Understand and follow all safety regulations and protocols
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required
- High focus and commitment to AEA's Safety and Quality Standards of Excellence

- Office / Manufacturing Environment / Warehouse
Physical demands
- Must be able to walk and or stand or sit for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Travel required
- Yes/Very little - attending conferences or company meetings as needed to maintain industry knowledge.
