Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• Full-Service/Casual or Upscale Casual Restaurant management experience of 3+ years
• Sales volume of $4 Million or higher
• Strong leadership mindset, financial acumen and high volume floor experience
• Positive and inclusive culture focus, energetic personality and supportive management style
